Christmas Savory Cake

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan with butter or cooking spray.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

3.In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.

4.Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

5.Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, cooked ham, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, corn kernels, and black olives until evenly distributed in the batter.

6.Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8.Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
