Ingredients: 1 lb. bulk Italian sausage; 2 T. olive oil; 2 cups onion, diced; ½ lb. stick pepperoni, cubed; 1 T. garlic, minced; 1 T. tomato paste; ½ cup dry red wine; 2 T. balsamic vinegar; 2 cans whole tomatoes (28 oz. each); 1 cup chicken broth; 1 can each cannellini and red kidney beans, drained, rinsed (14 oz. each); 1 T. dried Italian seasoning; 2 T. Chopped fresh basil; 2 oz chunk of Parmesan Riggiano cheese; Salt and red pepper flakes to taste; Sour cream and sprigs of fresh basil
