Baked Salmon and Cream Cheese Roll

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Dough In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add the warm water and vegetable oil, and knead until a smooth dough forms.

3.Roll out the dough into a thin rectangle on a lightly floured surface.

Assemble the Roll Spread the cream cheese evenly over the dough.

5.Place the sliced salmon and julienned cucumber on top of the cream cheese.

6.Roll up the dough tightly, starting from one of the long edges.

7.Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Add the Cheese Cap Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top of the roll, covering the entire surface.

Bake the Roll Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the roll is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into individual servings.
