Bacon and Cheese Stuffed Burgers

1.In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

2.Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

3.Make a small indentation in the center of 4 patties and fill each with a spoonful of additional cheese if desired. Top with the remaining patties and seal the edges to form stuffed burgers.

4.Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

5.Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

6.Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked patties on the buns and adding lettuce, tomato, and pickles as desired.
