Vanilla Butter Cake

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan with butter and flour.

2.In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, vanilla sugar, and sugar until light and fluffy.

3.Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4.Stir in the Vanilla essence.

5.Gradually add the flour and baking powder to the mixture, mixing until well combined.

6.Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8.Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

9.Slice and serve the delicious Vanilla Butter Cake.
