Vanilla Butter Cake

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan with butter (1 cup) and flour (2 cups).

2In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter (1 cup), vanilla sugar (½ cup), and sugar (1 cup) until light and fluffy.

3Add the eggs (4) one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4Stir in the Vanilla essence (1 tsp).

5Gradually add the flour (2 cups) and baking powder (1 tbsp) to the mixture, mixing until well combined.

6Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

7Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

9Slice and serve the delicious Vanilla Butter (1 cup) Cake.
