Vanilla Dream Cake with Creamy Frosting

1.Begin by preparing the cake sponge. If using a store-bought sponge, ensure it is at room temperature. If making from scratch, bake the sponge according to your favorite recipe and let it cool completely.

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the milk and condensed milk. Stir well until fully blended. This will be used to soak the cake sponge for added moisture and flavor.

3.Take the cooled cake sponge and slice it into two equal layers horizontally. Place the bottom layer on a serving plate.

4.Using a pastry brush, generously soak the bottom layer of the sponge with the milk and condensed milk mixture, allowing it to absorb the liquid.

5.Spread a layer of vanilla ice cream over the soaked sponge layer, smoothing it out evenly with a spatula.

6.Carefully place the second layer of sponge on top of the ice cream layer. Repeat the soaking process with the milk and condensed milk mixture on this layer as well.
