Nutty Chocolate Pecan Bars

Preparation Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Make the Crust In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, olive oil, honey, sea salt, and vanilla. Mix until a dough forms. Press the dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Prepare the Filling In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the pecans and chocolate chips, then pour the mixture over the crust.

Bake Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.

Cool and Serve Allow the bars to cool in the dish for at least 45 minutes before slicing into squares. Serve and enjoy!
