Cheesy Baked Fusilli

3Preparing the Cheese Sauce In a medium saucepan, melt the butter (3 tablespoons) over medium heat. Add the flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.

4Gradually whisk in the milk (2 cups) and cook until the sauce thickens.

5Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the shredded cheese (3 cups) until melted and smooth. Season with salt (½ teaspoon) and black pepper (¼ teaspoon).

6Preparing the Egg Mixture In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs (4), milk (½ cup), salt (¼ teaspoon), and black pepper (¼ teaspoon).

7Assembling the Dish In a large baking dish, combine the cooked fusilli pasta (250 grams), cheese sauce, and egg mixture. Mix well to ensure the pasta is coated evenly.

8Baking Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.
