Lemon Raisin Cake

Preparation Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.

Step 1 Cake Batter In a large mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Step 4 Cooling Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan.

Step 5 Glazing Pour the lemon glaze over the cooled cake, allowing it to drizzle down the sides.
