Baklava Muddy Buddies

1.In a large bowl, measure 6 cups of rice cereal squares and set aside.

2.In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of white chocolate chips, 1/2 cup of honey, and 1/4 cup of unsalted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

3.Add 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cardamom to the melted white chocolate mixture. Stir well.

4.Pour the melted white chocolate mixture over the rice cereal squares. Gently fold and stir until all the squares are coated evenly.

5.In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, 1 cup of finely chopped walnuts, 1 cup of finely chopped pistachios, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

6.Transfer the coated cereal squares into a large resealable plastic bag. Add the nut and sugar mixture into the bag as well.

7.Seal the bag tightly and shake vigorously, ensuring all the cereal squares are coated with the nut and sugar mixture.

8.Open the bag and enjoy the Baklava Muddy Buddies or transfer them to an airtight container for later.
