Cheesy Garlic Chicken and Rice

Marinate the Chicken In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them in the marinade. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best flavor.

Prepare the Rice In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Prepare the Cheesy Sauce In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to make the cheesy sauce.

Cook the Chicken Remove the marinated chicken breasts from the refrigerator. Heat a separate pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.

Assemble the Dish Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork. Add the blanched broccoli florets and beans to the rice. Gently stir to combine.

9.Spread half of the rice mixture evenly in a baking dish. Place the cooked chicken breasts on top of the rice. Pour the remaining rice mixture over the chicken.
