Vanilla Iced Tea Ice Cream Rum

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

2.Add the vanilla extract, brewed iced tea, rum, and salt to the bowl. Mix well to incorporate all the ingredients thoroughly.

3.Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency.

4.Transfer the churned ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

5.Once the ice cream is fully frozen, scoop into bowls or cones and serve chilled, garnished with a sprig of mint if desired.
