Guacamole Sandwich

Preparing the Guacamole In a bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until smooth.

Mixing the Guacamole Ingredients Add the diced red onion (1 small), tomato (1 small), chopped cilantro (¼ cup), lime (1) juice, salt, and pepper to the mashed avocados. Mix well to combine all the ingredients and set aside.

Preparing the Garlic Spread In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to make a garlic spread.

Toasting the Bread Spread the garlic mixture onto one side of each slice of bread. Place the bread slices on a heated skillet, garlic side down, and toast until golden and fragrant.

Assembling the Sandwich Assemble the sandwich by layering the guacamole mixture, shredded lettuce, cucumber, bell peppers, red onion (1 small), cheese slices, and sliced jalapenos on top of one slice of bread. Top with another slice of bread.

Serving the Sandwich Repeat the process for the remaining slices of bread to make more sandwiches. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
