Decadent Chocolate Brownies

Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Pan Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.

Make the Brownie Batter In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in sugar until well combined. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined. Do not overmix.

Bake the Brownies Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Do not overbake.

Prepare the Chocolate Ganache In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just starts to simmer. Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth and glossy.

Finish and Serve Pour the chocolate ganache over the cooled brownies. Sprinkle crushed walnuts on top and dust with powdered sugar. Allow the ganache to set before cutting the brownies into squares. Enjoy the rich and decadent chocolate brownies!
