Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Cake

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt cake pan.

For the Cake In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with the sour cream and milk. Mix until just combined.

For the Cinnamon Swirl In a small bowl, combine the sugar and ground cinnamon for the swirl.

To Assemble Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared bundt pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon swirl mixture evenly over the batter. Top with the remaining cake batter. Using a knife or skewer, swirl the batter to create a marbled effect.

5.Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

For the Glaze (optional) In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
