Cheese and Mayonnaise and Onion Sandwich

1.Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

2.Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.

3.Evenly distribute the shredded cheese on one bread slice.

4.Top with diced onions.

5.Place the other bread slice on top with the mayonnaise side facing down.

6.Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

7.Carefully place the sandwich in the pan and cook until the cheese melts and the bread is crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

8.Remove from the pan and let it cool slightly.

9.Slice the sandwich in half diagonally.

10.Serve warm and enjoy!
