Paneer Cocinia

1.Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

2.Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

3.Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

4.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.

5.Pour in the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the sauce.

6.Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

7.Gently add the cubed paneer and cook for 3-4 minutes.

8.Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for a few more minutes.

9.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

10.Serve hot with naan or rice.
