Acras de Poisson - Caribbean Fish Fritters

Start by preparing the fish

Prepare the batter

Fry the fritters

11. Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (180°C). 2. Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil. 3. Fry the fritters in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. 4. Remove the fritters and drain on paper towels. 5. Serve the acras de poisson hot with a side of spicy dipping sauce or a squeeze of lime.
