Decadent Chocolate Mousse Delight

In a saucepan, combine the cocoa powder (½ cup), sugar (1 cup), honey (2 tablespoons), and flour (¼ cup). Gradually whisk in the milk (2 cups) until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature. Once cooled, transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl.

Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the chocolate mixture on high speed until light and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes.

Divide the mousse into individual serving cups and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.

Garnish with shaved chocolate, whipped cream, or fresh berries before serving. Enjoy the decadent chocolate mousse!
