Mango Glazed Chicken Breast

1.Prepare the marinade by combining mango jam, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

2.Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
