Vanilla Dome

For the Dome

1.1. In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of heavy cream with sugar over low heat until the sugar dissolves.

2.2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

3.3. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup of cold water. Let it bloom for a few minutes.

4.4. Microwave the gelatin mixture for 15 seconds until it dissolves.

5.5. Whip the remaining cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

6.6. Gently fold the gelatin mixture into the whipped cream.

7.7. Pour the cream mixture into dome molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

For the Filling

1.1. In a bowl, mix fresh berries, sugar, and lemon juice. Let it sit for 30 minutes.

2.2. Once the dome is set, remove from molds and cut the top to create a cavity.

3.3. Fill the cavity with the berry mixture.

4.4. Serve chilled and enjoy the Vanilla Dome!
