Decadent Chocolate Milk Atta Cake

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

2.In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, milk atta, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

3.In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.

4.Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.

5.Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7.Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
