Crunchy Tanghulu Delight

Thread strawberries and grapes onto skewers. Set aside. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil without stirring and cook until the mixture turns into a dark amber color. Dip each skewer into the caramel, swirling to coat the fruit evenly. Allow excess caramel to drip off. Place the coated fruit skewers on a lined tray to cool and harden. Enjoy the crunchy and sweet Tanghulu treats!
