Crispy Chicken Burger with Zesty Coleslaw

For the Chicken Burger

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

2.Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape them into burger patties.

3.In a skillet over medium heat, cook the burger patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and crispy.

4.Toast the burger buns until lightly golden.

5.Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked patty on the bottom bun.

For the Coleslaw

1.In a separate bowl, mix together the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.

2.Place a generous amount of coleslaw on top of the chicken patty.

3.Top with the other half of the bun and serve the crispy chicken burger with a side of extra coleslaw if desired.
