For Pandora Sauce

1.In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent. Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chili. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the tomato puree and stir well. Season with cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly. Let the sauce simmer for about 10-15 minutes until it thickens. Set aside.

For Maggie Noodles

1.Boil water in a pot and add the Maggie noodle cakes. Cook according to package instructions until the noodles are cooked. Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

Assembly

1.In a separate pan, reheat the Pandora sauce. Add the cooked Maggie noodles to the sauce and toss well to coat the noodles evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

2.Serve the Pandora Maggie hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Enjoy this unique and flavorful twist on traditional Maggie noodles!
