Chocolate-Dipped Apple and Strawberry Delight

1.Wash and dry the apples and strawberries. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

2.Core the apples and slice them into thick wedges. Remove the stems from the strawberries.

3.Melt the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth.

4.Dip each apple wedge and strawberry into the melted chocolate, coating them halfway. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.

5.Sprinkle coconut shavings over the chocolate-dipped fruits.

6.In a separate bowl, mix sugar and self-raising flour until combined.

7.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
