Rice Powder Millimaker

1.Combine rice flour, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, red chili powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a smooth dough.

2.Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into round balls.

3.Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat for frying.

4.Flatten each rice dough ball into a disc shape using your palms.

5.Carefully slide the flattened dough discs into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.

6.Remove the fried Millimakers from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

7.Serve hot with a chutney or sauce of your choice.
