Spicy Beef Rice Noodle Stir-Fry

Start by preparing all the ingredients

Finely chop the white onion. Mince the garlic cloves.

In a large skillet or wok over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up into smaller pieces as it cooks.

Add the chopped white onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir well and continue cooking until the onions are translucent.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, chili oil, and sriracha. Pour this sauce over the beef mixture in the skillet.
