Savory Chicken Buns

Prepare the Dough In a small bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.

2.In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add in the melted butter and the yeast mixture. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.

Prepare the Chicken Filling Add the above mentioned spice powders and ginger garlic paste to the chicken mince .Let it rest for 15 min.

4.In a pan, heat oil add the marinated chicken mince sauté for few minutes Now add onions and capsicum until fragrant. Add milk cook it until it forms a creamy mixture. To make it more creamy Add mayonaise cheese and red chillis flakes,, salt, and pepper. Cook until well combined. Remove from heat. Let it cool down

Assemble the Chicken Buns Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking tray. Divide the dough into small balls. Roll out each ball into a circle. Place a spoonful of the chicken filling in the center and some cheese and fold the dough over to seal. Place on the baking tray.

6.Bake the chicken buns for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
