Spicy Coriander Chutney

1.Chop the coriander leaves, red chilies, tomato, and garlic. Squeeze the lemon for juice.

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and wheat flour. Add the butter and mix until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

3.Gradually add water to form a dough. Knead the dough until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

4.In a blender, blend the chopped coriander, red chilies, tomato, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.

5.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin circles on a floured surface.

6.Spread a spoonful of mayonnaise on each circle and top with a spoonful of the spicy coriander mixture.

7.Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges. Repeat for the remaining dough.

8.Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the stuffed circles until golden brown on both sides.

9.Serve the spicy coriander chutney hot with a side of yogurt or pickles.
