Savory Chicken and Sausage Skillet

1.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.

2.Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

3.Push the onions and garlic to the side of the skillet and add the sliced chicken breast. Season with paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned on all sides.

4.Add the sliced Polish sausage to the skillet and cook until slightly browned.

5.Toss in the bell pepper slices and cherry tomatoes. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
