Decadent Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter (1 cup) over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in cocoa until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs (4), sugar (2 cups), and vanilla together until well combined. Slowly pour in the chocolate mixture and stir until blended.

Sift in the flour and salt (½ teaspoon), and fold gently until just combined. Do not overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before slicing into squares. Enjoy these decadent chocolate fudge brownies!
