Decadent Chocolate Cake

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

3.Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix on medium speed until well combined.

4.Stir in the boiling water carefully to the cake batter. The batter will be thin, but this is normal.

5.Pour the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7.Remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool in the pans for 10 minutes.

8.Carefully invert the cakes onto a wire rack to cool completely.

9.Once cooled, frost the cake with your favorite chocolate frosting and enjoy!
