Spicy Tomato Onion Bread Maggi

1Boil the Maggi noodles (2 packs) in a pot of water until cooked. Drain and keep aside.

2In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté the sliced onion until translucent.

3Add the chopped tomatoes and green chillies (2) to the pan and cook until the tomatoes are soft and pulpy.

4Add the cooked Maggi noodles (2 packs) to the pan with the tomato and onion mixture. Mix well to combine all the ingredients and let it simmer for a few minutes.

5Toast the bread slices until crispy and golden brown.

6Serve the spicy Maggi mixture alongside the toasted bread slices and enjoy!
