Balsamic Glazed Chicken Drumsticks with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.In a small bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and paprika.

3.Place the chicken drumsticks in a large bowl and pour half of the balsamic mixture over them. Toss to coat the drumsticks evenly.

4.Arrange the chicken drumsticks on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through, turning them halfway through.

5.While the chicken is baking, toss the cherry tomatoes with the remaining balsamic mixture in a separate bowl.

6.Add the marinated cherry tomatoes to the baking tray with the partially cooked chicken drumsticks. Continue baking for another 10 minutes or until the tomatoes are slightly blistered and the chicken is fully cooked.
