Chapathi Roll with Spicy Potato Filling

1.Prepare the Spicy Potato Filling: Boil and mash the potatoes. In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add finely chopped onion, green chilies, and ginger. Saute until the onion turns translucent.

2.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add the mashed potatoes and cook for a few minutes. Turn off the heat and add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix and set aside.

3.Divide the leftover chapathi dough into equal-sized balls. Roll out each ball into a thin chapathi using a rolling pin.

4.Heat a pan and cook each chapathi on both sides until light brown spots appear. Remove and keep aside.

5.Take a cooked chapathi, place a portion of the spicy potato filling in the center. Roll the chapathi tightly to form a roll. Repeat for the remaining chapathis.

6.Serve the Chapathi Rolls hot with ketchup or chutney. Enjoy the delicious and easy-to-make snack!
