Moji - Delicious Fried Mozzarella Sticks

1Cut the mozzarella cheese (1 pound) into sticks, about 1/2 inch thick.

2In a shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs (1 cup), garlic powder (1 teaspoon), paprika (1 teaspoon), oregano, basil, and parsley.

3Dredge each mozzarella stick in flour, dip it into the beaten eggs (2), and then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating.

4Repeat the process for a double coating for each mozzarella stick.

5Place the coated mozzarella sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze them for at least 1 hour.

6Heat oil in a deep fryer or a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.

7Fry the frozen mozzarella sticks in batches for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

8Transfer the fried Moji sticks to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
