Sesame Sweet Dumplings

1.In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour and water to form a smooth dough.

2.In a separate bowl, mix white sesame seeds, brown sugar, and sweet red bean paste to create the filling.

3.Divide the dough into small portions and flatten each portion into a circle.

4.Place a spoonful of the sesame filling in the center of each dough circle.

5.Carefully seal the edges of the dough to enclose the filling and shape it into a round dumpling.

6.Bring a pot of water to a boil.

7.Drop the dumplings into the boiling water and cook until they float to the surface, about 2-3 minutes.

8.Remove the cooked dumplings with a slotted spoon and allow them to drain excess water.

9.Optional: Roll the cooked dumplings in additional sesame seeds for decoration and added flavor.
