Cheesy Pizza Pasta Bake

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with oil or butter.

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add the vegetables and sauté until they are slightly softened.

Add the pizza pasta sauce, oregano, and chilli flakes to the vegetables. Stir well to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.

Season the sauce mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce mixture and mix until the pasta is well coated with the sauce. Transfer the pasta mixture to the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese over the pasta.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve the cheesy pizza pasta bake hot, garnished with a dollop of mayo on top, and accompany it with slices of bread for a complete meal.
