Succulent Pork Steak with Green Lentils

1.In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

6.Pour in the green lentils, chicken broth, and add the bay leaf. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes until lentils are tender.

7.Return the pork steaks to the skillet and simmer for an additional 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
