Spicy Banana Stir-Fry

1Peel and slice the bananas into thin rounds. Dice the onion (1) and chop the green chilies (2) finely.

2Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil.

3Add the diced onions to the pan and sauté until they turn translucent and slightly caramelized.

4Toss in the chopped green chilies (2) and stir for a minute to release their flavor.

5Add the sliced bananas to the pan and gently mix them with the onions and chilies. Be careful not to break the banana slices.

6Continue cooking for a few more minutes until the bananas are heated through but still hold their shape.

7Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8Serve the spicy banana stir-fry hot as a unique side dish or over steamed rice for a complete meal.
