Kova Cookies

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2In a mixing bowl, combine the flour (2 cups), kova (1 cup), and sugar (1 cup). Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

3Using your hands, form the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.

4Gently press down on each cookie ball to flatten slightly.

5Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown.

6Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.

7Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
