Herb-Roasted Chicken with Radishes

1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

5Place the seasoned chicken on a roasting pan breast side up.

6Wash the radishes (1 bunch) and trim off their tops, leaving a bit of the green stem for presentation.

7Arrange the radishes (1 bunch) around the chicken on the roasting pan.

8Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

9Halfway through cooking, toss the radishes (1 bunch) in the pan juices to coat them.

10Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.

11Serve the herb-roasted chicken with the roasted radishes (1 bunch) as a flavorful side dish.
