Coconut Sweet Delight

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut (2 cups), condensed milk (1 cup), powdered sugar (½ cup), and vanilla extract (½ teaspoon).

Mix all the ingredients well until they are evenly combined into a sticky dough-like mixture.

If desired, add chopped nuts (¼ cup), chocolate chips (¼ cup), and ground cardamom (¼ teaspoon) to the mixture for extra flavor and texture.

Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls using your hands. Place the balls on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper.

Repeat the process until all the mixture is used up, shaping them into uniform balls.

Chill the coconut balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set and firm up.

Once chilled, the coconut sweets are ready to be served. Enjoy the delightful coconut sweet treats!
