Spicy Masala Egg Fried Rice

1Heat a pan over medium heat and add a splash of oil.

2Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

3Push the onions to one side of the pan and crack the eggs (2) into the empty space.

4Scramble the eggs (2) until cooked through and then mix them with the onions.

5Add the cooked rice (2 cups) to the pan and stir well to combine with the eggs (2) and onions.

6Sprinkle masala powder (1 tablespoon), salt (½ teaspoon), and chilli powder (¼ teaspoon) over the rice mixture.

7Stir everything together and cook for another 3-4 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

8Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

9Serve hot and enjoy your spicy masala egg fried rice!
