Eggless Oreo Cake

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

2In a large mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour (1½ cups), sugar (1 cup), cocoa powder, baking soda (1 teaspoon), and baking powder (½ teaspoon).

3Add the buttermilk (1 cup), vegetable oil (½ cup), and vanilla extract (1 teaspoon) to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined and smooth.

4Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies (12) into the batter.

5Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smoothen the top with a spatula.

6Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely.

8Once cooled, frost the cake with whipped cream and decorate the top with Oreo cookies (8) and Oreo crumbs.

9Slice and serve the delicious eggless Oreo cake!
