Creamy Garlic Chicken Bacon Pasta

1In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set it aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.

2Add the sliced chicken to the skillet with the bacon fat and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

3In the same skillet, add butter (2 tbsp) and minced garlic. Cook until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.

4Pour in the chicken stock (2 cups) and milk (1 cup), stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.

5Add the penne pasta (8 oz) to the skillet and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

6Stir in the spinach (2 cups) until wilted.

7Return the cooked chicken and bacon to the skillet, mixing everything well to combine.

8Simmer the mixture for an additional 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

9Season with salt and pepper to taste, if needed.

10Serve the creamy garlic chicken bacon pasta hot, garnished with grated parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
