Poulet de Anniversario

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and paprika, ensuring both sides are well coated.

3.In a large ovenproof skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook until they are browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

4.Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

5.In the same skillet, add garlic, onion, and bell peppers. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

6.Add cherry tomatoes, chicken broth, and white wine to the skillet. Stir well to combine the ingredients.

7.Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, nestling them among the vegetables.

8.Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

9.Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

10.Serve the Poulet de anniversario hot with your favorite sides like roasted potatoes or a fresh salad.
