Creamy Four Cheese Pasta with Garbanzo Beans and Chicken

1.In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat.

2.Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then brown them in the pan until cooked through. Set aside.

3.In the same pan, add more oil if needed and sauté the diced peppers and potatoes until they start to soften.

4.Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer.

5.Add the rice and let it cook until almost tender.

6.Stir in the Four Cheese Pasta Sauce, garbanzo beans, and diced tomatoes.

7.Slice the cooked chicken breasts and add them back into the pan.

8.Continue to simmer until the rice is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened.

9.Season with salt and pepper to taste.

10.Serve hot and garnish with fresh herbs or grated cheese, if desired.
